A dozen years ago I began using high quality assessment tools to help coach executives and teams. Soon it became clear that it made more sense for organizations to use these tools to hire right the first time, to retain a strong bench of high performing employees and guide the promotion of the best employees that will lead the organization to meet future goals. Now I partner with Human Resource professionals that share my passion to build greatness into an organization through the people equation by teaching them how to use data and technology to select and retain great people.
